The long range calander and event itemization and compartmentalization provide clarity in planning and execution, allowing me and my team to juggle with ease several projects at once.
Why I keep coming back:
It is currently the best (free) online organizational service that fulfills the needs my group has for the planning and execution of successful campus-wide events.
Am I paying for it? (yes/no)
No. Given the option, I always choose free (naturally). I am not sure I would have used this service initially if I were required to pay for it, but now that I have used it and realize the benefits it truly offers, I would be willing to pay a marginal subscription fee if that were required to maintain my privileges (I am so thankful that it is not!).
