Pretend you have to make a decision now from the choices below. What would you do?

• A cool consulting job with a great culture, an office with a window, a great campus, good benefits, highly competitive pay and people your age.  Free laptop, covered moving expenses, interest-free loan for a personal computer, contributions to a gym membership. Relocation to a cold Midwestern state. Lots of travel.  High probability of a quick promotion.
  
• You run your own business.  You pick your hours, work out of your apartment, get paid on a good salary, get free money to run the business for a trial period, and make contacts with incredibly smart and connected people.  Hours are probably very long but you love what you do.  Expenses for travel and some housing is covered.  If you work smart and hard enough, you could make truckloads of money.
